Upon receipt, The purchaser acknowledges the he or she is fully aware that the seller, Superior Machine And Fabrication LLC., is providing a service and/or selling the said manufactured component “AS IS” and the parties agree that all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of MERCHANT ABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are EXCLUDED from the transaction and shall NOT apply to the said manufactured component sold and or services provided. The purchaser agrees to indemnify the seller and save him harmless against and any an ALL judgments, decrees, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) or any loss which the seller might sustain by reason of the manufacture and sale of said manufactured component and covenants that the purchaser will, upon request of the seller, and at purchasers own expense defend, or assist in the defense of any suit or action that may be brought against the seller by reason of the manufacture and sale of said manufactured component.

Superior Machine And Fabrication LLC. will not be held liable or responsible for any property damage, personal injuries or death resulting from the use of any, product sold, service provided, or manufactured component. Any product sold and or service provided is intended for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. Any property damage, personal injuries or death resulting from the use of any, product sold, service provided, or manufactured component resulting from the use on any public, road, highway, or property is fully the responsible on the purchaser and or user. Superior Machine And Fabrication LLC. can not guarantee that any product or component sold will comply with any State or Local Motor Vehicle codes or laws. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to research and check state and local motor vehicle laws to ensure that there vehicle will be in compliance. Owner and or user of any product sold, service provided, or manufactured component used in any kind of Competitive event, Motorsports event, or any kind of recreation on private property, is fully liable and responsible any and all personal injury, death or property damage that may incur.
